You can return an item purchased in-store for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the purchase or shipping date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Return Conditions:
Shipping fees ($4.95) are non-refundable.
Final sale items: Accessories such as socks, shoe care products, and insoles cannot be exchanged or refunded. Clearance items (discounted items with price ending with .00 and labeled in cart and product pages) are also final sale.
The item must be unused and in its original condition as when purchased.
The original packaging must be intact, with no damage or alterations.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. Any return made with a gift card will be refunded as store credit on a new gift card.
