Which stores are available for pickup?

The pick-up in store service is currently available in all of our stores.

Can I modify or cancel my pickup order?

Unfortunately, no. However, when you pick up your order in store, you will be able to proceed with an exchange or return, in accordance with our return policy.

How long will it take for my order to be ready for pickup?

It depends on the availability of the item(s) you have selected in the store you have chosen for pickup. The delays therefore vary from 0-7 business days.

How will I know that my order is ready for pickup?

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready to be picked up in store.

How can I get an update on my pickup in store order?

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready to be picked up in store. You can also send an email asking for an update at [email protected]

What will I have to provide to the salesperson to pick-up my order?

Make sure you bring a proof of identity and that you have your online order number on hand.
